We have decided we are going to sell our home and move back up Millcreek. We are selling a 1993 Single wide with 2 rooms that were built on. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. My sons room could be anything if you didn’t want it to be a bedroom and it also leads to the back porch. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. One of the other bedrooms has a nice size closet as well. The third room has no closet but you could build one or like I said it doesn’t have to be a bedroom. We have done a little bit of work to this house. We redid the walls. We put paneling on the walls. We had new flooring put down in the living room it use to have carpet but it does need new flooring because it was put down wrong. 2 of the bedrooms do need flooring down. We ripped up the carpet and we do plan on putting new flooring down before we move. Has central heating and cooling. Needs little things here and there nothing major such as new flooring and painting in one of the rooms. Had a new metal roof put on in 2003. 1 little out building Lots of parking room. There is a brick wall in between the driveway and yard you could tear it down if you needed more room. Located about a mile out of Pineville and about 3 miles near the Hatfield and McCoy Trailhead.
