This peaceful apartment on the third floor is in an 1890's historic home located a few blocks from shops and restaurants in the historic district of St Augustine. Quiet tenants occupy apartments on the first and second floors, and we are looking for a QUIET, responsible tenant for the third floor apartment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Absolutely no smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No drugs allowed. There is plenty of off-street parking behind the home, so you can always find parking for yourself and occasional guests. We provide all utilities, included with the rent, except for cable or satellite TV, which you could install at your cost and convenience. We DO provide high speed WIFI internet through Uverse that is shared with the other apartments. LAYOUT: You enter on the second floor into a private foyer with a laundry room off to the side, then climb the spiral staircase to the living room with views towards Flagler College. The living room has 2 windows, a balcony/rail overlooking the second floor foyer and laundry area, a storage closet, and an area for desk/sofa/chairs. The bedroom has two windows with a window-seat with storage, and a small closet. The living room and bedroom have berber carpeting. The bathroom is tiled, and the kitchen has vinyl plank tile so it's soft underfoot. The bathroom has a shower only (no tub). We provide free laundry machine usage included in rent; you have your own laundry area inside the apartment to use all to yourself . We discourage students from applying for the apartment unless they are non-smoking (inc. no drugs), and are the most studious, quiet, anti-partying, sober type. Late night activities, loud music, guests, etc., will disturb other tenants and repeated disturbances result in evictions. Our second floor tenants are working adults and need to sleep at night and can't have loud noises above. We seek tenants with a similar schedule to ensure quiet hours are maintained for everyone's rest and enjoyment. Working professionals are preferred, or quiet, studious respectful students.
