The home is located on a 2-acre retreat a few minutes from Lake Cushman and Lake Kokanee, downtown Hoodsport, and a golf course, with easy access to the amazing Olympic National Park. The Lake Cushman area is known for the stunning Lake Cushman Reservoir, a popular destination for its clear waters and lush forested shoreline. It's extremely popular for swimming, fishing, boating and picnicking during sunny weekends. Nearby Hood Canal offers high quality scuba diving. For more swimming, Lake Cushman is your best bet. Warm waters in the summer, this is a very clean lake that some call the "Lake Tahoe" of Washington. This is a pet friendly home, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and bring poop bags to pick up after your pets. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. No shoes are allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban. Includes a working desk in the basement.
