Condo has spectacular views from top four floor, wonderful location, and great vacation and monthly rentals. For sale by owner (FSBO) for $590,000 or for rent by owner (FRBO) for $1200 - $2500/week or $1800/month in off season (Oct. - March) 3 months max. through owner - Stewart Hines. Monthly rentals require completion of owner application, owner anpproval, DL, etc. Also, 3 night min from Oct. - March for $500 total.
