I could live out there and not even worry about the house. It has a great view. The courtyard has been designed for the least amount of maintenance possible. So be sure if you do not have one to get a bird feeder and a hummingbird feeder because they will be loads of fun while you are relaxing on the screened porch on a lazy summer day.
