I have a nice 2 bedroom upper-level unit available in one of Milwaukee's greatest neighborhoods! The unit is freshly painted and is in good condition. The hard wood floors have been refinished. The unit has 2 bedrooms (one of them is very large), a living room, bathroom, and a kitchen. It even comes with one garage spot. The rent that I am asking for is $750.00. The rent includes appliances (fridge and stove), water and sewage. I also pay for the heated water since there is only 1 water tank in the house. I do not pay for heat or electricity. I DON'T ACCEPT ANYONE WHO HAS AN EVICTION OR A FELONY, SO PLEASE DON'T CALL OR RESPOND TO THIS AD BECAUSE WE BOTH WOULD BE WASTING OUR TIME. - I am also requesting proof of employment and/or funds (you must prove that you can pay 2.5 times the rent) - I must have a security deposit and the first month's rent before the move-in date - NO DOGS, but I am ok with cats - Absolutely NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT!!
