Tenant acknowledges that Premises are on a working farm and agrees to always close all farm gates and assumes all responsibility when approaching or interacting with animals. Animals should not be fed without the consent of their owners. Tenant is advised that the pasture fencing includes an electrified wire capable of giving a painful shock. Tenant is advised to please exercise extreme caution if opening and closing farm gates. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. Landlord will provide contact information for a neighbor capable of plowing driveway for a nominal fee. Landlord warrants that the propane gas tank is full. Tenant agrees propane tank will be filled at conclusion of lease term. Tenant is free to select his own gas provider. Landlord is responsible for maintaining the lawn along the driveway and immediately around the cabin. Tenant is responsible to contracting trash pick up Tenant acknowledges that there are free ranging fowl and sheep and horses in nearby pastures. Landlord also exits the property nightly with his dogs using the cabin driveway. Tenant agrees to keep any dog(s) on leash or lead.
