GARDENER, SUSTAINABLE, NATURE LOVERS PARADISE -- When people come here they say, "I had no idea anything like this existed in High Point!"... Remarkable, unique, memorable. Five acres, a babbling brook with rushing waterfalls in winter and spring, a large fully madeover "shedquarters" with loft for storage and bunk for kids (and electricity) on property. Sunny rooms, heat the whole house with wood fireplace (we didn't have a single heating bill), small pond, fruit trees (pear, peach, blueberry and many berries, both planted and wild), blocked off garden space for veggies, amazing nature watching, firepit for friends and parties, best fall colors in Davidson country (we're on the county line), a private well-maintained road, total and absolutely privacy but 3 minutes away from Westechester/Lexington intersection (be at the gas station in 2.5 minutes), sustainable living at its finest, GREAT time here for kids and dogs (unforgettable, so sad jobs make us move), gardeners paradise, LAWNMOWER and lawn/gardening tools all stay if you want them (basically everything you need to mow, split wood, trim, etc), gorgeous fireplace, cathedral ceilings in front room, all new wood floors in main rooms and upstairs, tile and glass shower upstairs. Animal paradise (both domesticated and deer--so many deer). Pictures don't do this justice--you need to FEEL this place as well as SEE it. But that's probably too flaky of a thing to say on Zillow. Oh well, too late. We have to go--we want a good family or couple here to love this place.
