The room is unfurnished, has its own private bathroom, and faces the street. It gets great natural light and includes a good amount of closet/storage space. The house is about 2,300 sq ft with a spacious layout. The backyard overlooks scenic Hill Country views, which makes it a great place to relax in the evenings. There's also a two-car garage with a Tesla wall charger. I don't currently have an electric vehicle, so you're welcome to use it as long as you cover the electricity used. Location-wise, the house is about 10 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and roughly 40 50 minutes from downtown Austin depending on traffic. Caliterra is a beautiful neighborhood with access to a community pool and miles of scenic walking trails, perfect if you enjoy being outdoors. Looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to share the home. (Moving date is flexible) I'm looking for someone interested in a minimum 12-month lease.
