    What the owner loves about this home
    What attracted me was the easy landscaping, mountain views, porches in the front and back, various cacti species, nicely maintained roadway. The neighbors are thoughtful and kind. The neighborhood is south of town in a quality area of Deming where people take pride in their homes. I have basically gutted this home. Closed up areas around pipes to keep critters from entering. Have not had any mice or any desert creatures since sealing everything. Lots of extra storage in the home. Large storage area garage separate from the house. I love being 20 minutes to Mexico where I have access to an awesome dentist and all my medications. There's a gorgeous pool table in storage that could possibly go with the sale of the house as well as a top of the line new Samsung washing machine.
