Enjoy the cool Blue Ridge mountains of Boone! Our home is located in the woods where greenery abounds. We are located just two miles out Hwy 194 North from New Market Center, and three miles from ASU and the hospital. Mountain breezes keep us cool in the summer. Outdoor recreation provides plenty of opportunity for enjoyment. We have Roku so you can watch your own Netflix or Hulu. (No cable TV). You will delight in the beauty and seclusion of our wooded location. WiFi is included should you need to stay connected to the rest of the world!! This is a studio (one room) apartment (12'x24'; 300 square' total) with a separate entrance, and a separate private bathroom. The studio is extremely clean and is furnished with a full-sized (double) bed and nightstand with drawers, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower stall and a kitchen area with full-sized double sink, refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker and microwave. There is a small kitchen table with two chairs and two upholstered chairs with a small coffee table and built in desk. The "kitchen" is fully outfitted with plates, mugs, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils and everything you need to cook and serve meals here. Bring your own linens. The studio is cooled in the summer with a window air conditioning unit and an upright fan. NOTE: SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY! NOTE: SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY! All utilities (electric, water, high speed internet) are included in the rental price. Minimum lease requirement is for the academic school year or one year. Absolutely NO PETS (extreme allergies), NO SMOKERS, VAPERS, PARTIERS. This is a private home in a quiet neighborhood. Note the road and driveway leading to the house are steep and AWD or 4WD is recommended in the winter.
