There is access to unlimited timber. There are Oaks, Madrones, and old growth Redwoods on the North and West sides of the parcel. There are native huckleberries, mushrooms and violets. One can hear the cascade of a peaceful seasonal creek during the rainy season. This is in the residential area with million dollar homes with ocean views. With some clearing there could potentially be a South Western ocean peek. Across the road is a beautiful park with 2 small spring fed lakes, and further down the road is Gualala River access. Owner carry is available with $50k down. Payments could be as low as $500 a month plus interest.
