This beautiful bedroom is located on the second level of the home. This space will be UNFURNISHED to accommodate guests relocating with their own style. This room features 2 windows and lots of storage space. The full bathroom is just steps from the room and could be shared with another guest across the hall. Guests will have a key to secure their belongings and receive a door code to enter the home on the main level. There are 3 shared spaces throughout the home: The living room, office, and kitchen. All areas are optimized for guests and stocked with essentials. This space is rented by bedroom (three bedrooms). Please be mindful of other guests who may be enjoying their stays. In regards to parking, guests can park on the street. Please do not block the driveway as this will prevent guests in the garage from exiting. Lease Length: 1-12 months -Application is required and a lease will be provided for the lease terms desired -Utilities Included in Rent price House Rules: -No pets allowed (unless approved by landlord) -No smoking inside the house -Guest may be given access to garage for parking but it will be offered to the first guest who signs least. Otherwise, there's amble street parking. -Maintenance is take care of by Landlord via the Property Manager
