I will not be doing in person tours. I may give you an online tour if needed but the room is not much other than a common area, your room, your roommate's room, bathrooms in each room, and a little patio. You (tenant) and Z-Islander split utility checks. You must get an insurance policy for Z-Islander but that is done through the Z-Islander student portal after being accepted. You have to apply to bring a pet (I'm not too sure how that works). I do have a roommate. Parking is free as long as you don't park under the tents (fees and possibly tows may occur if you do). Valet trash pick up service. Plenty of amenities.
