I am renovating the 2 units and trying to clean then up and thus, they are not filled yet. At this point the planned move it date would be 1Jan25 for both units. I would like 1500/mo for 40 edgerton and 1400/mo for 38 edgerton. The last 4 images in the series are of the 38 Edgerton after the renovation. The other images are 40 Edgerton. We have a 2 different 2 bedroom apartments opening up in the upstairs of multifamily house in manchester by around 12Dec25. Apartment is upstairs and was updated about 1 year ago . Some of the updates includes new rugs, painting, updating fixtures, changing the lighting and electrical outlets, fixing up bathroom and new toilets, updating lighting, etc... The price for the top floor, due to inconvenience to stairs and to have to walk to these basement is 1340/mo The apartment is different from other apartments you may find as it is on the physical boarder of center springs park in Manchester and will offer a lot more privacy on most sides of the house. From the top of the driveway, you can peer into the pond and there is a trailhead across the street from the driveway The park has a large disk golf course, a hill for sledding, a pond stocked with trout and catfish, and many outdoor activities. The house also borders a rail trails in the back yard too. . The apartment has a storage area in the downstairs where each tenants has a small storage area (20ft by 10ft) and a washing machine and drier. However, the fire marshall last limited us to 10x10x10ft storage of combustibles for all 4 tenants, thus, I am not going to allow storage down there anymore. Im really not sure I want anyone to keep using the washer and drier but they are there. The main reason is that too enter the basement, access is from the outside of the house which is hard to do in the winter as you have to go outside to get down there. There are lots of shops and stores not very far away, it is Manchester. Steves bagels and D&D is walkable I am not sure about the square footage in the house. There are 2 bedrooms one is about 10x20ft and the other 15x25ft. There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a deck that overlooks the street. Im giving the best estimate. Im different as a landlord. If a problem comes up, I hope and somewhat expect that within reason, the tenants can handle it and I pay the bill for the issue and or you can deduct repair from your rent. So for example, if you sink develops a leak, I somewhat hope you can communicate this with me and then you schedule the plumber to come over and take care of it while the bill (if it is large) is sent to me and then deduct it from the rent. These things dont happen alot. This allows me to offer the apartments for lower rent for lower price but also allows more liberty in fixing things that might not otherwise get fixed. So far this works really well. Included in the rent is water/sewer but not electric or gas If you are interested in living here, tell me about yourself. 1. Names of everyone who will live there.? 2. Occupations of all adults who will live there? 3. Conviction History of everyone who live there. 4. Credit Score? 5. Do you have any pets? 6. Do you smoke or vape? 7. Why do you want to live in this apartment? Im going to collect applications for about 2-3 weeks and then review them and pick a few possible tenants and will do credit checks. Im not going to respond to anyone who didnt take the time to fill out the questions above. you are responsible for electric and gas, owner pays water bill
