When you return, warm up with a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen and settle in for a cozy night with your loved ones. Private yet conveniently located, Uncle Chris Cabin is the ultimate winter escape where you can make lasting memories year after year. The cabin boasts a fully stocked kitchen equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, a drip coffee pot, a Keurig, a crockpot, a Nutribullet blender, a rice maker, a waffle maker, a griddle, a pressure cooker, a Kitchenaid mixer, and a Ninja chopper. The main level features a bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV, another bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV, and two shared full bathrooms. The upper level includes a bedroom with two queen bunk beds, two single twin bunk beds, and a Smart TV, along with three additional bedrooms each with a queen bed and Smart TV, and a shared full bathroom. The cabin also offers two washers and dryers for your convenience. The cabin features a propane grill and a fire pit, although guests are encouraged to bring their own wood. Some outdoor seating is available, and guests are welcome to bring additional chairs. A Pack-n-Play is provided, but guests should bring their own linens. Located in a mountain town, the cabin provides access to dirt roads and potholes due to traffic and rain, with slow speed limits recommended. It's about a 40-minute drive to Yellowstone's West Entrance, and Island Park Reservoir surrounds the home, offering multiple entrance points for fishing, boating, and other water activities. Henrys Lake is also nearby, about a 25-minute drive. The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15-minute drive. For those traveling by air, Idaho Falls Regional Airport is about a 1.5-hour drive, Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is about a 2-hour drive, and Jackson Hole Airport is about a 2.25-hour drive. The cabin does not allow pets or events, with a maximum occupancy of 15 per local ordinances. There is no garage access, satellite or dish service, and no sleeping bags or air mattresses are allowed. No camping in RVs or tents is permitted. Self check-in is available using a code provided after your scheduled arrival time. In snowy conditions, a vehicle with four-wheel drive, snow tires, and high ground clearance is recommended. Roads in the area may have dirt and potholes, so appropriate vehicles are advised.
