What I love about this home is that it’s cozy and completely submersed in nature with many fun things to do and very close to Santa Barbara and los Olivos and San Ynez. It is easy access to Highway 154 and Highway 101. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to downtown Santa Barbara. It has a brand new stove and brand new water heater.
