Residents in this community are responsible for utilities and maintaining their lawn. Columbia Gas and Met-Ed Electric accounts are placed into the Residents name prior to move in. Water, sewer, and trash will be kept in the landlords name. Sewer is included in the monthly rent, tenant will be billed back for water and trash usage. If lawn maintenance isn't your cup of tea, we can provide you with a contact that maintains other lawns in the community for $12- $14 per occurance. Pets will be considered for an additional $50 monthly fee and $250 deposit, per pet. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed due to insurance restrictions.
