The apartment has its own kitchenette (4 burner oven/range, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils). The apartment has its own private full bathroom with a shower (no tub). There is no dishwasher in the apartment. There are two separate apartments in the loft of the barn. There is a shared stairway from the bottom of the barn to the top where the landing has two separate entrances to each of the barn apartments in the loft. There are no vehicles or farm animals kept in the first floor of the barn. Unit has access to laundry machines. Utilities included in price (power, water, sewer, internet).
