The backyard is accessible from the second floor and a side gate. The third floor includes the master bedroom and full bathroom. Down the hall is 2 more bedrooms along with a full bathroom and a dedicated laundry space. Internet is included in the monthly rent. All utilities included, up to a $500 monthly maximum. Renters insurance required. $1,000 pet deposit required. No smoking allowed. Private driveway with room for two cars to park. One car garage available for parking as well. $300 cleaning fee. 30 day minimum stay. Lawn maintenance is the tenant responsibility.
