Zillow is the worst of the worst place to establish any type of an idea for a home estimate. Zillow estimates are way off. They do not even look at the home.They priced my home, which is in perfect condition, and in a nice neighborhood, for $100,000.00 less than it is actually worth. I just had a professional appraisal done, and my home came in at $155,000.00 My home dropped almost $15,000 in value in the last month! (According to Zillow) Crazy, when one considers the fact that home prices are climbing everywhere else. My advice, is to obtain a professional appraisal to determine the value of a home. Look at the photos of my home, and look at the "Zestimate" and you will see what I mean.
