Wonderful family or executive neighborhood! Established mature trees. Homeowners association optional, but they do maintain public areas. Plano police department, Plano library and elementary school located in the neighborhood. Very quiet, peaceful place. You hear no traffic here at all. Not a pattern for airplanes so no overhead noise, no cell towers or unsightly objects in neighborhood. An excellent place to live with very good Plano schools.
