Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by the Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
