The room is single occupancy, or 1 person only. The ideal tenant would be: 20s-30s-early 40's -year-old male or female. Someone that considers themselves a very clean person, quiet and respectful, keeping the shared spaces clean is very important, pleasant to be around, social or not doesn't matter, stable job, good rental history, and references, pays rent on time, is considerate of other tenants. Preference will be shown to those that work in EMS, law enforcement, healthcare, military related industries. The Duplex: The Duplex is located around the N Belmond RD and Atlas Rd area, so its not in the busy part of Coeur D'Alene, easy access to freeway and 8 minutes to downtown. There is a garage for storage of basic items as well. The 3 male working professional tenants currently in the house are: Downstairs: early 40's male military veteran that works in the service sector, has a small dog Upstairs: early 30's male that works in security, night shift Upstairs: early 40's male that works as a Pharmacist in the CDA area. Rent Terms: first months rent and $800 damage deposit required to move in. 1 year lease term Pets are case by case basis and will require a deposit of some kind.
