Landscaping beds must be maintained as well per HOA rules. 13. **Quiet Enjoyment Tenant agrees to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment and respect neighbors. 14. **Tenant Responsibilities Comply with all community rules and regulations, and keep the property clean and in good condition.
