We are in the process of building a new home and ready to sale this one. We have lived here for 8 years and it has served us well. The location is great! Within a mile of shopping and yet out of city limits. Great neighbors. The detach garage has been great for storage and woodworking. The additional apartment is located around the back of the garage and has been used for Airbnb and rented regularly to create income. It is currently empty. The house has had recent upgrades such as: carpet, paint and bathroom remodel. What we love the most is the inground pool! I am selling as is, I’m not looking for a to do list.
