Termination by Tenant Tenant may terminate this Lease at the end of the term by giving 60 days' written notice. Condition of Property Tenant and Landlord shall complete a Move-In Inspection Report with photos at the start of tenancy. Tenant shall return the Property in the same condition as at the beginning of the Lease, with all walls either (a) restored to their original color and condition, or (b) freshly painted in a neutral color approved by the Landlord, at Tenant's expense. Normal wear and tear does not include nail holes, stains, discoloration, or repainting required to restore walls. 15. Entire Agreement This Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
