mid century modern in the tropics/great entertainment house. We've had over 50 people & it could easily hold twice that if everyone would just get out of the kitchen!The house was completely gutted in 2001. Everything is new. Neighborhood Description very long culdesac so there is no traffic. the neighbors are pretty chill. They watch out for each other. We have designated block captains that let us know if there is any criminal activity and they also serve as a place to gather in the event of an emergency. We're also gtting a brand new updated street paving sept 2008
