Newly remodeled unit with modern mountain feel. The condo is fully furnished and includes basic kitchen items. Small washer and dryer on site. Access to Ranch Condo facilities and all Elkhorn amenities are included as well. We are looking for an 8 month rental agreement from October 2025 through May 2026. End date is not flexible but start date can be discussed. We will allow one dog (sorry no cats or other pets). Tenants must be quiet and respectful as we have neighbors above and next door. Renters are responsible for utilities (electric/heat). Other fees (internet and HOA) covered by owner. One dog allowed (sorry we cannot accept two or more due to HOA regulations). No smoking allowed. Parking lot available for renters at no extra fee.
