We check keys out from our office M-F 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with a copy of an ID and we hold $20 while you have the keys. The $20 is refunded as soon as the keys are returned and have to be returned the same day BEFORE 5:00 p.m. If you decide to turn in an application to apply to rent any home, we need copies of the IDs of all adults who will reside there, most recent check stubs, any other proof of income, and $25 cash. We do not have change in the office so you need to bring in the exact amount of $25 in case or in the form of a money order. It takes 1-2 business days to process an application. If you decide you'd like to come and check keys out, please just call ahead to verify the property has not been rented and/or the keys aren't already checked out.
