There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a decent sized bathroom. The house is stocked with all the kitchen supplies, towels, hangers you would need to move in and get settled. It comes with the TV and DVD player in the living room. In the video, there is a playstation **that DOESN"T come with the house**. The current tenants are in the process of moving out so the video shows boxes, papers and stuff on the fridge - that is theirs and does not come with the house. The 2 bikes in the 1st bedroom do come with the house (if you want). Ask me about anything specific that you want to know about. Just to be clear, the AC is a portable swamp cooler and the fireplace is an electric fireplace in the living room. I didn't select walk in closet as a feature because it implies that they're large, but each bedroom has a small walk in closet.
