I'm returning to California, and I am looking for short-term renter needing a furnished place (3 - 6+ months), but am open to long-term renters too! Townhome with only one shared wall, private yard, and good privacy. Located in the center of Austin, less than two miles from downtown, South Congress, the east side, and more. The home is part of a ~25-unit townhome complex on a main thoroughfare. Perfect location, right next to Radio Coffee and many bars, coffee shops, and eateries. The complex itself is chill with good people. Almost all are full-time residents. I like being neighborly, so looking for someone who will treat my neighbors as their own! Since this has been my home, it has many amenities. It has a complete kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, private entrance and patio, dog door, rainforest shower head, etc :) There's also a complex pool, two free parking spots, and monthly house cleaning.
