Very nice wood deck on the front of the house. We are looking for another long term tenant and nothing under a 1 year lease. Pets are allowed depending on the breed and no more than 1. You must meet the following requirements to rent this house: - A completed Zillow application from all adults applying - A minimum of 3x the income per month as rent (net income preferred) - Proof of income - Good References from current and/or former landlord - No evictions or housing records in the past 7 years Please beware of Scammers! This property is only listed on Zillow, Trulia, and Hot Pads. It is Not listed on craigslist.
