The apartment: You will have a bedroom with your own bathroom and large closet. The apartment complex is brand new with 24-hr access to a clubhouse that includes a fitness center, free WiFi, billiards table, lounge area, grill/patio, and swimming pool. The apartment itself includes in-unit laundry, a small balcony, central AC, and a kitchen with a granite breakfast island and stainless steel appliances. It is pet friendly (as am I!), with only certain breed restrictions. Utilities are not included in the rent, but we would split 50/50. The location: Palmer View is located right outside of Bethlehem and Easton, with easy access to route 248, 22, 33, and interstate 78. The complex itself is right next to a movie theater, Buffalo Wild Wings (yay sports fans!), Applebee's, Wegmans, and pretty much anything you can think of off the top of your head. The roommate: I am in my mid 20s from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. I recently graduated from a physician assistant program and I am moving to the area for work. I am outgoing, relaxed, and always looking to have a good time whether that consists of playing sports, going out with friends, or watching a movie and eating pizza.
