Renovated cabin included a modern large kitchen and a bathroom with heating floor and washer (no dryer). The cabin heating system is a wood stove and also has an electric panel heater. You will provide your woods if you want to use it. It is semi furnished with a couch and a big TV and some chairs. We could take them out if you do not need them. Easy access to train station (5 minute drive) and downtown Beverly. You pay for electricity, woods and internet (internet is $25). Cats are allowed. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for woods, electric and internet. Lease duration is 6 months with posibility for extention. No smoking. Cat friendly.
