This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. All association rules, especially Quiet Hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Includes free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. A laptop computer is not included.
