Lease is for a minimum of 6 months. Renter is responsible for electric, internet, garbage removal, and snow removal. The propane tanks will be completely filled prior to rental and tenant is responsible for filling the tanks at the time the lease ends. Please note there is a $3600 security deposit and a $2000 propane deposit to fill the two underground 1000 gallon propane tanks at the end of the lease.
