Term is month to month with first and last month due prior to move in. No deposit unless you have pet(s) which would be $300 and is non-refundable. I don't care how much your dog weighs but it's important that your pet, dog in particular, is well behaved due to the nature of the home. This is a private, one bed/one bath unit with a kitchenette in a home with two other units. I occupy one of the units and the other unit is currently an active short term rental! The yard and deck are shared spaces. Your unit would be the unit through the french doors at ground level. The pictures posted are when it was staged but is currently vacant(unfurnished). Pictures also show smaller, SS fridge but there is a full sized, side by side fridge/freezer, which is also shown in one of the pictures. Flat fee of $250 per month for all utilities(electric, gas, internet, garbage, sewer, water). Parking is street parking but there is normally always open parking right next to the house.
