We respectfully disagree with Zillow's previous zestimate, because the home's finished square footage is definitely 3302 square ft., as shown by blueprints. A walkout basement was completely finished in 2005 by Stewart Richey Construction Company at cost of about $50,000, including a multipurpose game room/media room, with built-in home theater, This area opens to a patio, with the most outstanding feature of the home - a breathtaking view of our lake, so peaceful, with terrific sunsets. Adjacent to the media room is a handy kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and minibar with sink. Across from it is a spacious office, which could be used as fourth bedroom). It is loaded with wall-to-wall bookshelves and two desks, and its own large, walk-in closet. Next is a full, bathroom with double vanity and shower. Next is a large utility room with deep, double sinks and washer/dryer hookups and space for another, full-size refrigerator or freezer. Adjoining this is a large storage room. In addition we paid about $8000 to pave a gravel road and have added landscaping. Our lake home is currently insured for $470,000.
