New Carpet, New tile, New Paint, just needs a new family. Hi, my name is Danielle Kiser, I am the Owner of this property and I am in a situation of time essence. I am moving from my home and to my families not far from this house. I need to get this rented ASAP. With that being said my requirements for approval are not strict. I just need someone I can trust to pay the rent every month and keep my home clean. I am asking for a start off of a 6 month lease and after that we can sign a new contract and either do another 6 months or month to month. Although I will be close location wise, I will never just show up at the property. I will always give proper notice unless of course there is an emergency or I am needed to be there by request of my tenant. Everything is new or newer and clean. I ask that who takes over my home maintains the same cleanliness. Not to get personal but I am moving this weekend for my safety, not because of the house, but my relationship. My ex is in the process of moving right now, and I should be done by Saturday, Sunday morning the latest. I have a cleaning crew coming to just to make it extra nice for my new tenant. I understand hard times and unexpected life issues , SO as long as you have contact with me about whatever issue, I will do what I can to help you! Just PLEASE keep the communication line open!
