The Miami Morganford apartments offer one and two bedroom units located in the Tower Grove South neighborhood! You'll be able to partake in many unique festivals and events, as the apartments are just a short fifteen minute walk from the beautiful Tower Grove Park and Missouri Botanical Garden. Along the way, you'll find yourself surrounded with an endless number of local shops and restaurants, each one with their own defining stories and vibes. The one bedroom units are fitted with central heat and wall unit air conditioning, while the two bedroom units have central air and heating. Washer/dryers and storage are located in the building basement. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Parking: Free street parking or first-come-first-serve public surface lot parking available. Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, there is $25 monthly pet rent, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 675 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian.
