House will be open to move in beginning August 1, 2019 (could be sooner. Current tenants are moving out of town and may have to leave sooner due to employment situation. 3 bedrooms (plus one sitting room that can be a bedroom for a small child), living/dining rooms, remodeled (summer of 2016) bathroom, kitchen currently being remodeled, heat/central air, laundry hookups available, parking slab in the rear available. Open back yard, kitchen appliances included (if needed. May sell to current tenants). You will be responsible for snow, carpet, and lawn care. The house is move-in ready, but I will continue to make updates on areas already identified as needing updates. If pets (small animals only) are part of the family you will be fully responsible for the cleanliness and damages occurred by the family member to/in the home.
