If you have good, fair, or even less-than-perfect credit that is okay, but if you are a deadbeat who will not pay you're your bills and/or has a history of stiffing your landlords, let's not even waste each other's time, as I will check both your credit and personal background history. This home is nice-sized (over 1,200 sq. ft.), gets great natural light, and has many other nice qualities and features I will note as we go further. I have made many upgrades to this house, including: Luxurius wood laminate flooring in the family room, living room, all three bedrooms, and hallway. Updated stainless steel appliances (gas range, refrigerator, Microwave, and dishwasher). The furnace and A/C were installed new in 2022, and both are in excellent working condition.
