This TWO bedroom apartment features TWO King beds, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom, easily accommodating four adults. Guests can also take advantage of the couch in the living room for extra space if needed. (Please note, this is not a pullout couch, but it is comfortable to lay across and can accommodate a sleeping space.) While Both mattresses are extremely comfortable, we have put one firm and one medium firm to accommodate different sleeping needs. Pick your comfort level! FREE PARKING located in the street in front of the building. Large windows in the living room and both bedrooms allow in a refreshing natural light which gives your space a well lit pick me up. Dual entry allows easy access to the unit. For those who are not able to access the home via stairs, please use the back entry. (Please note, we have a smart lock in place on the front door. You will need to access the front door first to unlock the back entry.) While this is a first floor unit, to enter the building, one small flight of stairs are required unless you are utilizing the back entry. Central cooling and heating ensure every comfort need is met. Cool down during the hotter months or warm up during the colder months! Need some fresh air? Step out onto your back patio space to find two chairs and an end table. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sounds and views of nature. The neighborhood is lined with greenery and great for morning walks or evening strolls.
