The Travelers Retreat on Guadalajara - Suite One - Upper Level of Home *Rent 1-6 rooms within the same home!* *Available starting June 15, 2026* ROOM: This oversized 16 ft x 16 ft Suite bedroom has two closets, large windows that let in an abundance of natural light (blackout curtains) and an en suite bathroom. It is fully furnished with a Queen bed, TV, Nightstand, Dresser, sitting area, and all necessary bedding/pillows and towels. UTILITIES: All utilities are included in monthly rent: HOA, water, heating/cooling, trash, wifi/internet (high speed), electricity, gas. Included: snow removal, lawn care, monthly cleaning of all shared spaces. SPACE: The Travelers Retreat on Guadalajara is nestled into a quiet group of homes on the edge of Cedar Rapids and Ely. This 4.600 sqft home with 9ft ceilings on the Upper Level and 10ft ceilings on the Lower Level can bring you the perfect balance of relaxation after a long day of work. All rooms within the home are rented to travelers and the ability to either keep to yourself or meet new like-minded people are all possibilities here. Each bedroom has it's own unique, smart lock door that only the guest(s) in that particular room will have access. The main home has a shared entrance used by all guests. All shared spaces are fully furnished with all items any typical functioning home would have within the kitchen, living, sitting and dining spaces. TERMS: Geared towards contract travelers. Two adults maximum per bedroom. Short-Term lease of 2mos up to 6mos will require $500 deposit (refundable) + $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable). Any lease of 7mos+ will require one month rent for deposit (refundable) + $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable). $45 Application Fee per Adult. Requests for lease under 2mos will not be accepted.
