Must See for anyone who has their sights on living in Holmdel. 3 Bedrooms with 2.5 baths. This is an end unit which boasts greater spaces in all forms. Large Trex type deck that backs onto the woods for nature views and privacy. All 3 bathrooms were just renovated. Master bath is large with Luxury Marble throughout with heated floors (Yes- heated tile floors for winter luxury and enjoyment) under Cream colored marble mosaics. Includes lighting with multi led colors/dimmers and bluetooth speakers. 2nd full bath is also similar with a totally different luxury style with sliding glass doors and marble mosaics with lighting and speakers. Sorry no heated floor in this one. All 3 bedrooms situated on the 2nd floor have triangular slightly vaulted ceilings. The half bath on the main floor is decorated with high end Italian textured ceramic tiles. The kitchen is spacious and updated with Stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. 9 foot ceilings adds airiness throughout. Wood Floors throughout 1st and 2nd floors. If you own 3 Maseratis or Porsche 911's or the likes, this is truly not a good fit. There is no bathroom in the finished basement. No Fireplace - I wish I had one. No pool in this development - I wish there was. No Tennis courts - I wish there was. No Helicopter pad to commute to NYC - I wish there was. No Boat Slip for the weekend Yacht. The positives; The landlord (me) is nice. And in return looking for a respectful tenant. I love my place, but Love got in the way. Moving for Love. Hoping to find a good tenant who will also love living here. Something about Holmdel Schools, always about the kids in the end.
