Lakeview Estate features a saltwater pool, lush natural landscaping, multiple living and dining areas, and upscale finishes throughout. The gourmet kitchen is a host's dream, with expansive countertops, a large island with additional seating, and a view of the beautiful pool and backyard. It opens to a cozy breakfast nook with a mounted smart TV and another formal space near the main entrance. There are two expansive living areas: a main living room that opens to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a cozy family room with a huge sectional, smart TV, foosball table, and a PS5 (Digital). Table and chair rentals are available upon request. Extra beds, including air mattresses and twin beds, are available for groups over 12 (up to 18 total). Every stay includes a starter pack of amenities: 1 paper towel roll, 1 new roll of toilet paper per bathroom (+ extras under sink), hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, 1 new sponge, dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (where applicable), 1 set of travel-sized shampoo, conditioner & body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags + 1 in the bin upon arrival, and 3 laundry pods.
