Rent would be 1010 per month but all utilities would be included (water, electricity and washer/dryer). There is a long driveway so easy parking. Looking for female roommate! You would sharing the home with one another single female professional. You would have the smaller bedroom and shared bathroom. Our neighbors are lovely and we have a good relationship with the landlord! Housemate prefers to keep a comfortable living space, hosts friends regularly, and enjoys a sense of community in the home. Landlord requires 2.5x rent and are required to do background check and credit check. No pets aloud. Lease goes until October and option to extend but must talk to landlord. All utilities included!
