The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic tools needed to prepare and enjoy your meals. The living area includes a seating area, coffee table, and wall-mounted TV, while the dining room offers a table and chairs. There is one full bath located in the hall with a tub, shower, sink, and vanity, and a second half bathroom in the master bedroom with a sink and vanity. Guests will have access to all common areas, including the fitness center, pool, and outdoor areas. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per reservation and a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs, and no aggressive breeds are allowed. We reserve the right to decline pets that may not be a good fit for the community. Residents of Pine Brook enjoy easy access to a variety of amenities, including shopping and dining at the nearby Kirkwood Plaza shopping center and recreation at White Clay Creek State Park, which offers hiking, biking, fishing, and more. The University of Delaware is just a short drive away. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to commute to Philadelphia, Wilmington, and other nearby cities. The main occupant must be listed on the reservation, and the reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets. Mailbox access is available upon request and requires a refundable key deposit of $35. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly in designated areas to maintain cleanliness. Emergency maintenance access may be required for urgent repairs, and we reserve the right to enter the unit if necessary. Each bedroom includes a designated workspace with a desk and chair, providing a comfortable set-up for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
