We have a big lighted arena and a rounpen waiting to be used for whatever you desire. Big stalls available for boarding for your horses. We are in between Maricopa and Casa Grande as each city has its own shopping centers and restaurants (about 15 minutes to each city) . This house has views to die for over looking all the alfalfa and corn fields from the bedroom windows and two beautiful big porches to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The owners live on-site in the main house so someone is always home watching the place. It's a fully-fenced property with a big steel gate in the front. IF YOU'RE A HORSE PERSON YOU GET ONE FREE STALL INCLUDED WITH THE RENT. ANY ADDITIONAL LIVESTOCK WILL BE EXTRA. Water, Electricity, trash are all included in the monthly rent. No smoking allowed. Lease will last a year and if you want to stay longer we can renew it again. First and last month's rent are due upfront. Pets are allowed but have to be good with other dogs and cats and livestock
